In 1995, FORCE formed an alliance with Piper Jaffray & Co. to serve as the underwrtiter on CCRC financing. This cooperative working relationship enables us to provide comprehensive investment banking, marketing, distribution and underwriting sevices.

In the past few years, Piper Jaffray has consistently finished in the top ten of negotiated municipal tax-exempt issues completed. The firm has 964 retail sales investment professionals in 92 branch locations in 18 states, as well as 78 institutional sales professionals in 15 regional locations.
