The FORCE – Piper Jaffray Alliance

In 1995, FORCE formed an alliance with Piper Jaffray & Co. to serve as the underwrtiter on CCRC financing. This cooperative working relationship enables us to provide comprehensive investment banking, marketing, distribution and underwriting sevices.

In the past few years, Piper Jaffray has consistently finished in the top ten of negotiated municipal tax-exempt issues completed. The firm has a comprehensive fixed income distribution agreement with Advisor's Asset Management ("AAM"). AAM has approximately 35,130 registered representatives nationally. Piper Jaffray has 63 institutional sales professionals in 23 regional locations within the firm.
